'Mary And The Witch's Flower' Initial Screening Locations Revealed

Mary And The Witch's Flower, the new film from Hiromasa Yonebayashi (When Marnie Was There) and the first feature from Studio Ponoc, comes to the US and Canada this January thanks to GKIDS Films.

You can be one of the first to see it on January 18, as GKIDS has teamed up with Fathom Events to present a special premiere screening, which will include bonus filmmaker interviews and giveaways at select locations. Then the film will open across North America starting on Friday, January 19.

Mary And The Witch's Flower follows a young girl who is magically transported to the magical school Endor College. Based on the novel The Little Broomstick by Mary Stewart, the film reunites many former Studio Ghibli staff.
