Manga UK Reveal Autumn and Winter '18 Anime Slate

The UK may still be sweltering under a heatwave but Manga Entertainment and Animatsu are already looking forward to this Autumn and Winter. The distributor has just revealed their upcoming slate for anime releases from September right through to December.

As well as new releases for long-running series One Piece and Naruto Shippuden there are a mix of brand new releases and re-releases on their way. Digimon fans will be well served with not one but three new releases before the year is out. Tokyo Godfathers, the heart-warming festive fable from the late, great Satoshi Kon will be getting a re-release on DVD (previously available from Sony) as well as being available on Blu-Ray for the first time. Kon's final film Paprika will also be available as individual DVD and Blu-rays alongside Cowboy Bebop The Movie and Steamboy, having been released as combo-packs last year. Also getting a new edition is Mamoru Oshii's Ghost In The Shell: Innocence, the 2004 movie sequel to the 1995 classic.
