Web Animation Watch: The Unfixable Thought Machine, Quentin Tarantino's Ghostbusters and more

Thanks to the new digital frontier of the internet, there's more animation available than ever before. But with so much material out there in this web-wild-west, how are you supposed to know what's worth your precious time? That's where we come in. Welcome to yet another Web Animation Watch!

David Firth, best known for his Salad Fingers shorts is a singular voice in web animation. He has a unique style to his work that makes it very different to his peers such as Jonti "Weebl" Picking. His work is black comedy at it's most dark and macabre- but it's no less funny as a result. His latest work The Unfixable Thought Machine is typically ingenious.

The peeps over at FOX's Animation Domination High-Def continue their anime-themed Japan-uary with this smart mash-up of Afro Samurai and old US sitcom Family Ties.

To celebrate the fact that a new Ghostbusters reboot is finally happening, here's a very different (and very NSFW) take on the 80s classic. Stop-motion animator Lee Hardcastle imagines a Ghostbusters movie made by Quentin Tarantino.

The awesome OnlyLeigh a.k.a. Leigh Lahav has a knack for combining geek-favourite properties in a way you'd never have thought of, perhaps most famously in Frozen Is The New Black. She's been at it again, this time combining Toy Story and American Horror Story to hilarious effect.
