Crunchyroll Reveals New Anime Season Lineup

Funimation were first out of the gate in revealing their slate of anime titles streaming for the Fall/Autumn season. Crunchyroll- formerly Funimation's biggest rival but now part of the same family- have followed with their own announcement.

The site will add nearly 30 new shows for the new season, including the previously announced Crunchyroll and Adult Swim co-productions Blade Runner Black Lotus and Fena Pirate Princess, Platinum End (the new series from the creators of Death Note) and homegrown Crunchyroll Original High Guardian Spice.

Additionally, it will include ongoing and returning series such as Boruto, One Piece, Case Closed,  Yashahime: Princess Half Demon and Dragon Quest.

Finally, Crunchyroll also recently added two new short-form series to their catalogue. Ganbare Doukichan comes from the creator of Miru Tights and features three coworkers and their everyday lives. Tawawa on Monday features a growing friendship that develops between a schoolgirl and a salaryman as they ride the train together every week.
