Crunchyroll Bring Chainsaw Man, One Piece Film Red and More to NYCC

Convention season keeps on rolling and the next major event is New York Comic Con. It may not be quite as big a deal as its West Coast sister event San Diego Comic Con, but it still makes quite a splash. This year's con runs from October 6 to October 9. Crunchyroll has revealed their plans for the show.

One Piece Film Red, the latest film in the hit pirate saga will have its North American Premiere (invite only). The hotly anticipated series Chainsaw Man will also have its US premiere as part of its panel. There will also be panels for My Hero Academia and One Piece Film Red as well as Crunchyroll's traditional industry panel, at which you can expect to hear some new licences and updates.

Throughout the convention attendees with or without badges will be able to strike a pose at the Crunchyroll booths with My Hero Academia, Chainsaw Man and Spy X Family photo opportunities. On the Friday night, Crunchyroll will take to the main stage to host a free My Hero Academia Concert Experience. It will feature a rock band performing iconic tracks from the show's soundtrack, led by composer and writer Yuki Hayashi.

Players of the mobile game My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero can claim exclusive NYCC prizes. Visit the Crunchyroll booth and enter the code "NYCCTSH2022” in game to redeem rewards, face off gainst new villains and discover brand new season 6 content.
