When it comes to big name events New York ComicCon is one of the biggest. It's not quite as big as its bigger sibling San Diego ComicCon but its close. Among the companies who will be in attendance is of course Crunchyroll, who will be there to preview some of their upcoming anime.

Among them will be a world premiere of an episode from Season 6 of My Hero Academia. The episode is entitled UA Heroes Battle. It will feature the English dub and will be available to NYCC attendees before it screens in Japan. The screening will take place on Friday, 13th October at 5:00 PM ET. at the Empire Stage for all badge-holders attending NYCC.

The episode features third-year, Mirio Togata paying a visit to the students of class 1-A who are all feeling bored as they are not allowed to go outside. He brings with him a card game called UA Heroes Battle that the support course made. The game allows them to take on the roles of various UA Heroes, but who will win the game?

In celebration of the premiere, Crunchyroll will be giving away exclusive limited edition character cards from UVS Games that will be playable with the new My Hero Academia Collectible Card Game. The cards are based on the new episode. Attendees can also receive one of these cards as a gift with any purchase from the merchandise booth on the show floor.

My Hero Academia is based on the manga by Kohei Horikoshi that has over 85 million copies sold. The anime is produced by Studio Bones. The series is directed by Kenji Nagasaki, written by Yōsuke Kuroda, and features character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi. The series has run for six seasons so far, with a seventh announced last year. It has also spun-off three feature films.

This year's New York ComicCon runs from Thursday, October 12 until Sunday, October 15 at the Javits Center.
