Bryan Lee O’Malley is a Canadian cartoonist and author. He created the award-winning, New York Times best-selling Scott Pilgrim graphic novel series, which became the basis for the 2010 Universal film “Scott Pilgrim Vs The World”. In 2023, he co-wrote and co-produced the fan favorite and critically acclaimed Netflix series “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off," which has been nominated for several awards and has won the Critics Choice Award for "Best Animated Series.” Other projects include “Seconds” and “Snotgirl”. He lives in Los Angeles.
