Crunchyroll Announce January 2026 Anime

It's now January, so we're roughly half-way through the anime winter season.  To mark the occasion, anime streaming giant Crunchyroll have announced a new slate of shows that are launching this month. They include Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2, JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3, TRIGUN STARGAZE, Hell’s Paradise Season 2, Sentenced to Be a Hero, and many more.

In addition, new shows have been added to the Winter 2026 line-up, including The Case Book of Arne, Champignon Witch, Oedo Fire Slayer -The Legend of Phoenix-, Scum of the Brave, and Yoroi-Shinden Samurai Troopers. Horror series Theatre of Darkness: Yamishibai is set to return for a 16th season. The fantasy coming-of-age feature film Fureru is also coming to Crunchyroll.
